MILTON WAS RAISED IN PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL (LIKE FATHER LIKE SON) HIS DAD "PINKY" WAS AN ALL STAR THIRD BASESMAN FOR THE PHILLIES IN THE 40'S. HE LEFT HIS BELOVED SPORT AND WENT TO SERVE HIS COUNTRY THAT HE LOVED. MILTON WAS NOT BORN WHEN HE PLAYED HOWEVER, HE TRAVELED ALL OVER THE COUNTRY WITH HISFAMILY IN  MINOR LEAGUE BASESALL. Florida is known for beautiful wildlife and ranches NOT just beaches!!! This week horsemen from all over Florida are riding their horses 120 miles in 7 days from Manatee County to Ft. Pierce where they ride into the ocean!!! My daughter Merrily(my broker assistant) and her husband David and my grandchildren Harrison,Waide, and Merrill are riding as a family. Every night they stop at a ranch owned by a Florida Cracker old time family and camp. There are probably 200 riders who sit around the campfires at night. They have food catered by local restaurants brought to the camp. Good food and lots of it! Barbque style.

 

The media in Florida carries the news from the Cracker Trail and of course it is quite the place for politicians to make appearances!!!

As a realtor i advise every buyer to get a home inspection. I give them the name of three and tell them to choose. As a realtor I am not qualified to explain the report that the inspector submits.. So many times the inspector sends the report via email to the realtor who makes all the copies for the client and the file and.....is expected to go over line by line the report!!!! Boyd Realty has a strict policy not to be involved in Home Inspections!!! The buyer needs to know that their report is unbiased and no one stands to gain! Home Inspectors need to take responsibility for their clients and serve them well. They need to put the same energy into serving them as they do in shifting liability to the realtor.
